Leading Rapid Growth

When a technology wave takes off, "rapid growth happens."

In this four-week breakfast seminar series, the management team focuses on issues they are confronting in a rapid-growth organization. Participants leave with the tools they need for effective leadership during the critical growth phases of an organization:

Topics covered include:

Growing the industry--how do you seed the market, give away parts of your business, and encourage partners?
Communication--different formats work for 10, 100 and 10,000 people.  What changes do you need to make for your organization at the current stage of its growth?
Decision making--how can you maintain a participative feel to decision making as your organization scales up?  Advocacy vs. Inquiry.
Infrastructure--what pieces of infrastructure do you need to add, and at which phase?  How to avoid "throw-away" infrastructure.
Organizational structure--how do you transform the structure of an organization to handle its projected size?  How can an Ambidextrous Organization help us stay competitive?
Breakfast Seminar Series Format: "Learn it and use it" training.

Participants use what they learn during the intervening week and bring back current workplace issues for real-time team-based problem-solving within the context of a seminar format.

Breakfast seminars are typically offered on-site from 7:30-9:00 am once a week for four consecutive weeks.
